L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)  Ascorbic Acid is a water soluble, food grade antioxidant. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) is well known for its many health care and skin care benefits. Ascorbic Acid oxidizes quickly once it is added to water and is not stable in most formulations.
