We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, personal checks and money orders. Our USA/Domestic order minimum is $30.00. Our International Order minimum is $100.00.

Our Shopping Cart does not automatically estimate shipping costs. Very often “real-time” shipping charges are over-estimated and the customer may end up spending more than is necessary for shipping. We feel that our customers are better served by using exact shipping costs. These exact shipping costs are based on the actual size and weight of each package. Therefore, we will not know the exact shipping cost until the order is packed, weighed and processed. We will send a complete statement with each order.

Online customers will receive an auto confirmation when the order is placed. Please carefully review this confirmation to make certain all information is correct. We are not responsible for customer error.

We accept domestic phone orders, but all international orders must be placed through our online shopping cart. The Herbarie does not accept responsibility for phone order errors.

We reserve the right to charge a $10.00 restocking fee for credit cards that are declined.

Any damaged or missing item must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

• Orders must be pre-paid and a minimum of $30.00.

We typically ship all US orders via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

UPS expedited shipping options are available (Next Day Air, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select) and must be indicated in the comments section of the shopping cart.

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis usually within 48 hours. If it is necessary for us to ship an order immediately please let us know. There will be a fee of $10.00 for all RUSH orders in addition to regular shipping charges.

All US orders that are shipped via UPS are guaranteed.

• We typically ship UPS orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays unless otherwise specified. We do not ship on UPS designated holidays.

We will ship via the US Postal Service upon request. There will be an additional $10.00 Handling and Insurance charge for all domestic orders that are shipped with the US Postal Service.

• Please note: Essential oils must be shipped via UPS Ground. We cannot ship essential oils or other volatile products to any address via the US Postal Service. Nor can we ship essential oils or other volatile products such as silicones via UPS expedited services.

USPS shipping days vary upon need.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Canadian orders will be shipped via UPS Standard unless other shipping methods are specified. We will ship either UPS or USPS at customer request.

• There will be a $25.00 handling charge for international orders shipped via UPS or USPS (maximum 5 boxes).

•This charge is in addition to the shipping fees charged by the carrier.

• The Herbarie will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees.

• Please note that we cannot ship essential oils or other volatile products to any address via USPS. Nor can we ship essential oils or other volatile products such as silicones via UPS expedited services.
